Delivery Patterns, Cut-off Times etc...

Metropolitlan deliveries in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, have a 1pm cut-off for next day delivery and there is no charge for delivery.

Areas further afield are also generally able to be serviced on a next day basis but, with an 11am cut-off time.

Neither of which takes into account the potential of:

1.  Freight charges for less than 3 doz wines outside of metropolitan areas.  (We will always notify you if we intend to charge you for freight).

2.  The real and or imaginary possibility that the wine you are after is out of vintage, discontinued or we just weren't happy with the vintage in which case we don't stock it and the list you're looking at, has been superseded by a new reality.

Or the other likely scenario that "we've had a bit of run on it of late and it's due in, in a day or so".

 Split Boxes

 We reserve the right, to not deliver one bottle of Cynar to Broken Hill (or Bellevue Hill), because you are wasting everyone's time.

In case that sounded sarcastic, it costs as much to deliver a bottle as it does to deliver a box.  Split case fees are not negotiable, we use (we feel) very professional warehouses to get your order to you quickly, they charge us, we have to charge you, unless you buy 3 doz wines on top, in which they still charge us but we aren't commercially minded enough to charge you.  Imagine if we were a bank?

 Speaking of Banking...

Our bank account details are on the bottom of every invoice and statement, we accept direct deposits.  Please call + 612 9460 3177 if you aren't capable of saving our info into on-line banking.

Generous discounts are available for accounts settled by return (within the same working week).  Please call for details.

We accept VISA & Mastercard without charge (except if you want a settlement discount, beacuse the merchant charges are part of the discounted cost of the settlement, Oh yes, that's right).

We accept AMEX, we will charge you the same fees that AMEX charges us, we will confirm details with you.

All accounts paid by credit card must be settled at the conclusion of the month in which the stock  is invoiced.

 Otherwise our terms of trade are on the last page of our price list, please email us and we will send you a copy.
