Costanzo & Sons Reserve Pinot Noir

Add To Wishlist

A Pinot Noir displaying a bouquet of raspberries and spice. The full and flavoursome palate shows expressive and earthy dark cherry flavours with hints of cloves, silky tannins and an elegant, long finish.

The fruit for this wine was handpicked from the 20-year-old unirrigated vines growing in Joe and Cindy’s organically managed vineyard high up in the the Strathbogie Ranges.

Mostly (90%) de-stemmed, the grapes were allowed a seven-day maceration in open vats with daily plunging. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels (30% of which were of first use), followed by a 12-month maturation period.
