Sydney Seafood School Singapore Chilli Crab & Black Pepper Crab Cooking Class

As a weekend night treat, kick off with seafood canapés and a glass of Highgate Sparkling before you master Singapore’s two iconic crab dishes: chilli crab and the much-loved black pepper crab, which many Singaporeans prefer. Which is better? Decide for yourself over a delicious seafood meal with another glass of wine, of course!

At the end of this class you’ll be able to enjoy a glass of Feudo Arancio Grillo with your meal. This wine is from sun drenched Sicily, Italy and is a lovely balanced wine that is rich in citrus fruit and floral flavours. It has distinct tropical aromas of mango and papaya with hints of jasmine. The Feudo Arancio Grillo will pair perfectly with the fresh and flavoursome seafood dishes you’ll be preparing on the day!
