Writing NSW exists to promote writing-based culture and the rights and interests of writers in NSW, with a mission to make a difference to writers. Writing NSW brings aspirational, emerging, developing and established writers together as a community through the provision of a suite of writing programs and services that support, develop and promote a writing culture.
Formerly the NSW Writers’ Centre, the organisation was established in 1991 to promote writing-based culture and the rights and interests of writers. Its headquarters are in the historic Callan Park, Lilyfield, Sydney.
We at the Bibliotheque believe in the benefits of reading, whether this be works of fiction, or academic papers. We choose to regularly contribute to literacy charities and programs.
