This classic, full-flavoured style of shiraz is from Ebenezer sub region of the Barossa Valley. Matured for 18 months in 50 per cent new French oak, it is soft and approachable now, but will continue to evolve for years to come. Only 2000 bottles produced.
Pale yellow with green tints. Fresh and mineral, with aromas of lemon and white flowers. Fine and lively, with both floral and fruity notes. Very long persistence.
Medium gold in colour, very clear. Exuberant with aromas of vanilla, mocha and hints of exotic fruits. Fruity and very pleasant with predominant flavours of yellow fruits (pear, apricot). Lovely fullness and outstanding length. An almost sweet touch of honey on the finish. Full-bodied and fleshy with excellent ageing potential.
Greenish gold in colour. Exotic, floral nose reminiscent of coniferous trees and citrus zest. Unctuous and full on the palate with spicy notes reminiscent of gingerbread and fir honey.
Pale gold with green tints. Intense with bright notes of mandarin and white flowers. The finale yet is mineral as a reminder of the terroir where this wine comes from.
