The 2025 Rose is bang on; it has a great light salmon colour, which would be seen in the south of France. Aromatically there are thoughts of raspberries, lightly boiled lollies and cream when smelling after a soft swirl. On the palate, the wine is dry, with red fruits dominant; pleasingly, the wine is naturally soft in the mouth, which makes it a wonderful drink during most times of the year.
Pear, apple, and subtle tropical notes. Some flint complexity is present. The aromas flow onto the palate, well complemented by a balance of acid crunch and mouthfeel texture.
Hints of green pea, lime zest, and fresh-cut grass on the nose. The palate delivers a bright, crisp profile, balanced by subtle mineral notes and a touch of herbaceous character, leading to a clean, fresh finish.
Full bodied wine with exemplary plum and spice aromas. The palate is well balanced with lovely fruit intensity, complimented by the judicious use of French oak. Perfectly matched with char-grilled vegetables and BBQ flavours.
