100% Garganega. Color is bright gold with a warm tint. Aroma is fresh, fruit infused with peach, apple, cream and spring flowers. Palate: Dry, complex and persistent, with rich, creamy fruit flavours consistent with the bouquet; the use of oak adds a subtle and agreeable spiciness to the wine.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh berries and ripe fruit, a cedar-y nose with gravelly, chalky freshness. The palate adds a lingering savoury edge to the fruit. It is medium-bodied and quite elegant with dense, dark fruit flavours, fine, grippy tannins, and a dry, savoury-edged finish.
70% Garganega, 30% Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Intensely aromatic – peach and pineapple on the nose, accompanied by floral aromas of lavender and lemon blossom. Complex and lingering on the palate – consistent with the nose, fruity, fresh, medium bodied with a fresh acidity and finishes with length and finesse.
