Dark Golden colour. Tea, dried fruits, nuts and hay. Broad, harmonic tea notes and rasins with slight savoury characters.
Warm, golden, intense straw-yellow. Enveloping, immediate exotic aromas of pineapple and grapefruit. The palate is full, balanced, with minerality and satisfying body reflecting the nose. Food match: Marine and freshwater fish complement the wine’s character. It goes very well with first courses of pasta or rice, also very pleasant accompanying strongly flavoured, seasoned cheeses. A wine of subtlety and character. This wine is made from the Italian varietal Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana).
The bouquet displays rich and intense aromas of fresh fruits like red apple, pear, white peach and melon, and delicate pineapple with an elegant note of wild mountain rose. The palate is very pleasant with a soft mousse, persistent bubbles and smooth acidity.
“This Champagne is made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Champage Jacquart has a sophisticated house style which is dry, textured and balanced. It is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to fine hors-d’oeuvres. The Brut Mosaique, Champagne Jacquart’s Non-Vintage release in its house style, is a pale yellow colour with tints of white gold and a stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond, with hints of orange flower along with richer notes of honey and freshly baked bread. A fresh and supple palate with a long and fruity finish, fresh green apple hints accompany citrus minerality and brioche.”
