Thanks to its unique location in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily has always been at the crossroads of maritime trade routes and international influence. Feudo Arancio – the Orange Farm – cultivates two estates along the southern coast of the island, in Sambuca and Acate.

This respected winery crafts refined, accessible and authentic expressions of varietals native to the island. The carefully mapped vineyards are a tapestry of soil types, elevations and exposures, with each plot planted to the variety to which it is best suited. Bathed in intense sun and with a climate of dry winds it is ideal for the production of very enjoyable wines, representing the memorable, unique and authentic flavours of beautiful Sicily.

Feudo Arancio is passionate about sustainability and was the first Italian winery to receive the ECO Management and Audit Scheme certification for the entire productive chain (obtained in 2002). The creation of Feudo Arancio and its facilities was done with the environment in mind and every step of the production has been created in the most sustainable way possible.

The Feudo Arancio team aims to reflect the unique qualities of the island of Sicily and its longstanding history as a Mediterranean paradise in their brand and wines. Check out the range of Grillo, Inzollia, Nero d’Avola, Rostato and Rosso along with a cheeky desert wine plus our new release organic range below.

Certified Organic Vineyards: The Quéto brand from Feudo Arancio proudly holds organic certification, signifying their dedication to organic viticulture and winemaking practices. This means that the vineyards are certified organic, adhering to strict organic farming practices.
Sustainability at the Core: Feudo Arancio has made sustainability a central focus in both the design of their facilities and the production of their wines. They have invested significant time and resources to ensure that their winery and vineyards have minimal environmental impact.
Ideal Location: Vineyards are located in the Sambuca di Sicilia estate in the province of Agrigento, Sicily. The vineyard is strategically located on the north side of the estate, benefiting from protection against strong summer heat and cooling breezes from the nearby sea. This location helps in maintaining optimal grape-growing conditions.
Quality Grapes: Feudo Arancio places a strong emphasis on the quality of grapes used in their wines. The Quéto range is no exception, and it is crafted from grapes cultivated using fully sustainable methods.
Water Management: The vineyard utilizes a computerised irrigation system and maintains seven water reserves to ensure efficient and responsible water management, preventing any wastage.
Hand Vine Management: Vineyard management is carried out by hand, which is not only a sustainable practice but also ensures meticulous care for the vines.
Gentle Grape Processing: The grapes undergo 100% soft pressing during processing. This gentle approach helps preserve the grapes’ aromas and flavors, contributing to the high quality of the wines.
Positive Impact on the Environment: Feudo Arancio’s goal is not only to create delicious organic wines but also to make a positive impact on the environment and vineyards surrounding them, which applys to all their wines and vineyards.
