Hailing from Galicia, the As Sortes Valdeorras showcases the quality found in the best godello of northern Spain. Made from old vineyards, some over 70 years of age, it is pale golden and exotic, with pineapple, pear, and floral fruits plus a touch of spicy oak. It is then dry and full-bodied with fantastic drive of acidity that tightens up the palate toward a long, powerful and youthful finish. Delicious now and it will get better over time.
