Color: Vibrant scarlet with a crimson hue.

Palate: Viscous red fruit flavours are tightly wound by the spicy tannins. It persists gently in the mouth. 
Pairings: This wine is great for drinking with food, particularly poutry dishes like roast duck and Asian style meats. Try it with barbequed figs wrapped in prosciutto.A light red in the glass with a savoury nose of red cherry, rhubarb and suggestion of spice. The tannins and texture on the palate builds and give depth and dimension to what is a more delicate wine, fruit continues in the red fruit spectrum with earth, faint aniseed and spice before the long dark fruited finish that has a crunchy moreishness.
92 pts - Gary Walsh (The Wine Front)do like a Pinot Meunier. Poached strawberry and spice, a little white pepper. Light bodied, slightly sweet with a benign undergrowth decay, frisky with fine dusty almost peppery tannin, and a good finish. Nice drink here. Could take a chill well too. Easy to guzzle, but with an extra dimension of interest. Presents a bit like a Poulsard, as an afterthought.
