Nose: Intense and pungent nose, combining the aromatic quince and lemons of Semillon with the vibrant gooseberry and herbaceous snow pea of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.
Palate: The intensity of the nose is reflected in the seamless purity of the palate. Mouthwatering citrus fruits are balanced by hints of more tropical passion fruit. An underlying flinty complexity is complemented by the subtle texture of French oak.
Finish: long, lingering finish of crisp grapefruit acidity.
