Pale rose-gold colour. Red apple and ginger spice aromas. A medium-bodied wine with exotic Asian spice notes showing over ripe apple and pears. There's a moment of oiliness that fills the palate, that then builds tension with a phenolic grip drying and driving the finish. Colour and texture points to some skin contact here and it has been used to great effect. A style that screams for food.
