This white is made from Garganega, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. It’s an absolute knockout, a stunning white that hits you front on with joyous energy, filling the senses with gorgeous aromas of peaches and tropical fruits. It keeps its promise on the palate where the fruit is fresh and juicy and strong on flavour. a tour de force that’s hard to resist. One of the most striking white wines I’ve come across for some time.

Medium-bodied with dense lemon-curd and zest, but the more herbal element is always there, as well as a hint of spice. Long finish with a whiff of fresh spearmint coming through.
