Ample tannins to provide structure and longevity and will soften as they develop over time.Deep, dense, saturated purple colour with a nose of rich fruitcake, dried fruits/raisins and plumcake, the palate full bodied and deep, with serious structure and deep-set flavour superbly entwined with the mass of elegant tannins. 94 pts - Andrew Graham (Oz Wine Review)Berries. Lots of them. A ripe red from a vineyard on Roennfeldt Road. Open, flattering, red-fruited, less heavy, more opulent, and even somehow pretty rather than grunty. Obviously full-bodied, but somehow open and inviting. If the Greenock wines are purple, this is red fruited.
