Maybe Pinot Grigio is boring but once you get that pure Italian fennel and bitter almond note, you’re happy. So… fennel, bitter almond, light chalkiness with lemonade type of spritzy and vibrant freshness and lightness, with some faint gin and tonic vibe and salt, and I must say, it’s Pinot Grigio 101 but so well made, effortless, clean, true of style and straight refreshing.91 pts - Stuart Knox (The Real Review)
Very pale lemon lime colours. Apple and crushed green herbal aromas. Bright apple and lime fruit notes on entry with a hint of saline minerality as it flows across the palate. Acidity keeps it fresh and crisp to the end.
