A very fine Rosé from the South of France, made in an organic style. Under nomacorq. The colour is that of a watery sunset pink. On the nose we have biscuity notes, slightly toasty with red fruits dominant, alongside notes of rose petals and watermelon. Hints of orange rind emerge along the journey. An attractive mid length style with balance and freshness, it would reward drinking over the next two years.
