Nose: A modern nose, subdued but complex, nectarine and lemon zest with gently toasted hazelnuts.
Palate: It is all about fruit and texture, stone fruit galore, nectarine, apricot and peach with a loving touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is perfection with a crisp acid line.
Pairings: Excellent with pork, vegetables, white meats, poultry, and fish.
It is drinking perfectly now, but will continue to evolve until 2025+ if well cellared.

An elegant, nutty chardonnay with light vanilla and cinnamon oak notes supporting a core of sappy mandarin and ripe stone-fruit. The light-weight flavours of salted peach carry through to the long and chalky finish, helped along by fine, spicy tannins and a gravelly texture. Fruity without being forward, it has carefully measured winemaking touches, ensuring everything remains balanced as it gains more nutty, savoury complexity over the mid-term.
