A brilliant, exceptionally pale straw colour with youthful green tinges on release. The wine exhibits intense floral, citrus and talc notes enhanced by an underlying spicy vibrancy. Initial flavours of passionfruit and mandarin are followed with a spicy mid-palate with hints of nectarine, and finishing with classic mouth-watering citrus. The fine structure is testament to the care taken during the production.
