We are now taking bookings to use our new Coravin Vinitas machine! Coravin Vinitas is a groundbreaking system that quickly fractionalizes wines or spirits into smaller 100ml bottles. This innovative technology provides wineries, distributers and other businesses with the opportunity to make the most of each bottle. The sample bottles have been rigorously tested to ensure up to 12 months of preservation.
Please use our new booking system to reserve your timeslot to use the Coravin Vinitas at Single Vineyard Sellers’ head office in McMahons Point, NSW.
Please note the below prices per 100ml bottle and other fees. We recommend to allow one 30-minute timeslot per every three 750ml bottles to ensure ample time for setup and clean up. Please note that 100ml bottles and caps are provided as per the below prices, however labels are not included.
One 750ml bottle will equate to seven 100ml bottles (with 50ml waste).
Prices:
$10 + GST – per one 100ml bottle with the assistance of an SVS Team Member to use the machine (required for first visit, with the opportunity to learn how to use the machine for future self-use).
$6 + GST – per one 100ml bottle without the assistance of an SVS Team Member.
$50 – clean up fee, only applicable at failure to clean up after self-use.
