Buon Ricordo | Exploring The Food & Wine Of Trentino

This four-course dinner, with matching wines, will focus on the unique food and wine of the northern Italian region of Trentino.

Buon Ricordo owner and chef, David Wright, has created a menu showcasing the traditional dishes of the region, while Italian wine importer, Stuart Leece, will be on hand to discuss the wine styles of Trentino.
