Sydney Seafood School Fast & Fabulous Class

At this hands-on class you’ll learn the keys to fast, fabulous gourmet meals and master three simple but impressive seafood dishes – fast enough to whip up for the family midweek and fabulous enough to add panache to any dinner party.

At the end of the class you’ll be able to enjoy a glass of Mad Hatter Pinot Gris from Adelaide Hills with your meal. This wine is fresh and fruity with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and zest! This wine will pair perfectly with the flavoursome seafood dishes you’ll be preparing on the day.
