Lucio, who grew up in a family of Italian restaurateurs, has been host of Lucio’s in Paddington for over 30 years. His award-winning cookbooks, including his latest, Coastline, are informative, entertaining and beautiful. Learn some of his favourite seafood recipes at this hands-on dinner class.
At the end of the class you’ll be able to enjoy a glass of Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio Riserva from Trentino with your meal. This wine reflects notes of ripe peaches, pears and mature chamomile!
