Sydney Seafood School Seafood BBQ Cooking Class

Seafood takes your weekend barbie from casual to gourmet. By the end of this lunch class you’ll be able to barbecue fish, shellfish and squid to perfection. At the end of this class you’ll be able to enjoy a glass of Highgate Chardonnay with your meal. This wine is from the cool-climate of Orange, NSW and is a lovely balanced style of Chardonnay that is rich in flavour and oak but still crisp and light. The Highgate Chardonnay will pair perfectly with the fresh and flavoursome seafood dishes you’ll be preparing on the day!
