The result of their work are wines that are remarkably rich, complex and ageworthy.
I Giusti e Zanza Vigneti was born in 1996 from the restoration of a historical winery in the Fauglia hills. The lands surrounding the small Tuscan village in the Pisa area are not far from the Mediterranean Coast. The viticulture methods remain intentionally traditional, with the aim to embrace a harmonious relationship between landscape and its residents, that contributes to its high quality wines.
The vineyard’s 17 hectares are on a smooth hill of alluvial soil rich in gravel, sand and fossil. The plantation density varies from 7,000 to 10,000 vines per hectare, the age of that ranging from 20 to 50 years old.
