Made exclusively from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero (noir) grapes, Rotari wines spend a minimum of 36 months on lees prior to disgorgement, double the requirements of vintage Champagne. The current releases have spent approximately 48-60 months on lees, and proudly carry the year of disgorgement on the labels for full quality transparency.
Rotari takes its name from stories and legends of the valiant King Rotari who fought some of the most important battles in the Trentino part of Trentino Alto Adige, within the conquest for Italy.
Metodo Classico is also known as the ‘traditional method’ or the methode traditionnelle used in the making of Champagne.
