Items in the Single Vineyards shop are currently sold only as whole cases, unless otherwise stated. Some items are not available for direct sale online as they may require special handling or shipping. We welcome inquiries – please contact us [Link: Contact page] with any questions.

Proof of Age

Under the Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW and the Liquor Act 2007 – It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Our couriers are instructed not to leave a wine delivery if there is no one present who can produce a valid proof of age identification.

All shipments should be to an address where a person over the age of 18 can receive the products. 
If there is no person aged over the age of 18 at the delivery address to receive the products an additional redelivery fee may apply until the goods can be delivered. SVS is unable to offer an ‘authority to leave’ option due to Proof of Age requirements.

Delivery

Please provide a business hours delivery address and contact details. We ship within Australia only. All orders will be shipped by local courier based on destination postcode. Please allow 5-10 business days from dispatch for standard delivery.

To ensure that your wine reaches you easily, add any Delivery Instructions and please provide a telephone number for the delivery address.

Not all products on the web site may be available. While we strive to keep you up to date via the website, we will contact you if there is a delay until the wine is available. Please call to ensure stock availability if you require your delivery urgently or for a special event.

Rates

Delivery cost is based on delivery postcode. Please allow up to 14 DAYS for delivery, especially to regional or remote areas. Most deliveries occur much sooner than this. Please call us if you need an ETA.

Conditions of Ordering

Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age and the delivery can only be made to a person at the address holding valid 18+ Proof of Age identification who signs for the delivery.

Delivery fees are based on case rate delivery price.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.

All stock is subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.

Correct Address & Parcel locker services

SVS uses an address verification plugin so that the delivery address is complete and clear for our couriers. SVS cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Please check with your Parcel Locker provider’s Terms & Conditions as alcohol may not be accepted.
