Grappa Riserva aged with the “solera” method, wanted by Toni Poli (1919-2001) and handed down to his children.
The “Solera di Famiglia 18-98” is made up of 98 barriques: starting
from 2001, it harmoniously blends various Grappa vintages, the youngest of which has at least 18 months of
ageing.
Over the years, we obtain a Grappa holding the memory of time.
Grappa Riserva,aged through Soleramethod, flowing-steam distilled.
Its aroma recalls a littlewooden box full of chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and freshly toastedcoffee beans.
