Light-salmon to coral-pink colour, fresh and subtly fragrant to sniff, with traces of strawberry jam and quince paste. The wine is intense yet delicate in the mouth, with long carry and good vitality, due in part to bright acidity, the finish cleansing and refreshingly dry. It's very lip-smacking and demands food.
