Generous organic red with seductive fruit and velvety texture, balanced by firm but gentle tannins. Good line and length. Perfect (up-market) bistro wine.92 pts - Andrew Graham (Oz Wine Review)
Quèto is Feudo Arancia’s organic range. It’s early doors, but this feels like a big step up for a Sicilian winery that typically pumps out affable varietal wines (but no high notes). Sicilian fruit here, and this is really good – restrained black jelly bean fruit, and blocky sticky Nero tannins that drive the palate. It’s powerful and yet contained in its black jubey flavours – a grown-up Nero with a bit of ‘more than meets the eye’ depth to it.
