Color: The color has extremely pale hues, with almond green reflections.
Nose: On the nose, we find aromas of fresh almonds as well as small honeyed notes. A tension and minerality reinforce this aromatic. 
Palate: The palate reveals a surprising breadth and solarity for a Grenache, while retaining a certain smoothness and finishing with a beautiful lengthThe aromas of candied peach and lemon with a touch of wild thyme are totally different from white Burgundy, but the depth and textural complexity of this white Rhone reminds me of those wines. The acidity is modest, but wonderful mineral freshness bursts through at the long, vibrant finish. A rare pure grenache blanc from a high-altitude vineyard. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
