The colour here is near transparent. An elegant and refined style of Sauv Sem with some citrus and a hint of the tropicals. Nicely balanced, this is bright, fresh and vibrant with juicy acidity, a flinty background and impressive length. A delicious style, very much easy drinking to enjoy over the next three years. Lots to like and ideal for a good plate of fresh seafood.
