2024 Apricus Hill Chardonnay

92 pts – Ken Gargett (Wine Pilot): The team limit themselves to the free run juice for this fine Denmark Chardy, which then sees maturation in a range of larger format French oak for around nine months. Pale lemon/green, this is a most attractive, subtle and elegant style of Chardonnay. There are notes of gentle citrus with florals, stone fruits, peaches, florals and hints of cashewy oak. A wine of medium length which is clean and fresh, and finely balanced throughout, with a gently lingering finish. Five years. Definitely recommended.
