Nose: A complex combination of exotic, citrus and stone fruits with fragrant, lifted floral notes. 
Palate: Continuing the complex blend of fruit flavours with hints of spice in the mid palate, leading to a long citrus finish.Fruit from Frankland River and Denmark. The classic sauvignon blanc/semillon is bookended by gewürtz and riesling - this is a proper white blend. All the varieties are like passengers on a carousel, gently bobbing up and down, taking it in turns to go in and out of view. Lovely, lyrical, spicy and refreshing. The gewürtztraminer is the last to leave the palate, leaving a wisp of lychee, rosewater and crushed pistachio in its wake.

Early picked Gewürztraminer is beautifully combined with Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Riesling to offer chalky and citrus aromas with a touch of blossoms. A gently textured palate follows that is fresh and bright with subtle flavours of Turkish Delight with chalky nuances before gliding through to a silky finish. A real surprise packet.
