Nose: A complex combination of exotic, citrus and stone fruits with fragrant, lifted floral notes. 
Palate: Continuing the complex blend of fruit flavours with hints of spice in the mid palate, leading to a long citrus finish.The 2023 Flux - VII White Blend is greener and more edgy than the 2022 tasted alongside, and yet this 2023 wine is imbued with great salinity, energy and balance. The 2023 season in Western Australia was tremendously good—from right in the north, to right down in the south and out over the eastern reaches of vineyard area. This has a real integrity to the shape of the wine; it feels pliable and chewy, without being firm or chunky. This is excellent. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
93 pts - Ken Gargett (Wine Pilot)In addition to the well known Savvy Sem blend, this wine has a dollop of Riesling – as one might expect from the Great Southern region (play to your strengths?), and this helps to lift the wine to the next level. The colour is lemon/green and the nose weaves through a range of flavours including exotic spices, florals, pink grapefruit, honeysuckle and lemon sponge cake. This is a seamless style with excellent length, but it is the creamy texture which is the real highlight. A wine of laser-like focus and energy. Enjoy this over the next six to eight years.
