Derek’s 90’s love-affair with dance parties and techno music has inspired this range of wines. The passion morphed with his school nickname Deadly Derek. He used to make CD for friends with his best DJ mixes and signed them Mixed by DJ Deadly. The Keyboard Rose is just another one of his creations.
The delicious 2024 Keyboard Rose is made from 100% Mataro grapes, picked from the Paisley estate vineyard in Angaston. It bursts with flavour, with delightful strawberry flavours and soft tannins, has crisp acidity but finishes soft and creamy. Drink now or in the near future.

A blushing salmon pink in the glass with aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and cranberry with just a flash of watermelon. Bright, dry and refreshing on the palate with just a touch of spice, freshly sliced fennel, purple flowers, raspberry cream and stone. A crisply formed, savoury style of mataro rosé with plenty of drinking enjoyment.
