An attractive, and attractively packaged, white from Sicily. Inzolia is anything but a household name when it comes to grape varieties, but one has to think it deserves better. One to keep an eye upon. The wine is also excellent value. Under Diam. A pineapple/yellow hue, the nose is redundant of stone fruits, citrus, spices and florals. A slightly savoury style of white, there is good intensity and excellent length here. A highlight is the seductive and seamless texture. Enjoy this over the next three to five years. It really is cracking value.
90 pts - Gary Walsh (The Winefront)Apple, fresh apricot, lemon peel, honey florals with some aniseed. It’s a juicy wine, has some slippery gloss to texture, hut also a fresh citrus cut to acidity, a smattering of green herbs, a slight chalkiness, with a finish of good length and a little gustatory bitterness. It’s a pleasing wine, easy to drink, and offers a good amount of character. The value proposition is very high. I like it.
