Nose: The nose is typical of Roussanne, with notes of honeysuckle and iris, and the white Grenache brings notes of fennel and white peach.
Palate: Upon tasting, the richness and complexity of the aromas are immediately evident. The palate is full-bodied and supported by subtle barrel aging. It reveals notes of fresh walnuts with a finish of elegant aromas of honey and elderflower.

From the Côtes-du-Rhône Appellation, the wine is a blend of Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc. Under Diam. The colour here is a deep yellow. The nose is redolent of ripe peaches, orange rinds, florals, dried apricots and honeysuckle, with almonds at the conclusion. Intriguing and beguiling, there is quite a firm finish which does linger. Those apricot notes really do emerge more on the palate. Enjoy this over the next three to five years.
