Nose: Tropical fruits on the nose, passionfruit, grapefruit and peach.
Palate: The palate gives a lot of citrus, dry with acidity. 
Pairings: Would be perfect with shellfish, vegetables or cheese.Light to mid yellow-straw colour; spicy bouquet with oak augmenting rich sauvignon fruit, the palate intense and pungent, quite concentrated but with lovely velvety texture and impeccable balance. Long carry. This takes the grape to a higher level. Delicious!

Tight, refreshing acidity with a mineral drive accompanies very fine phenolics through the weighty, textural palate. Intense flavours are carried by the acid through to a firmly savoury and gravelly dry finish.
