Palate: I liked the 2024 and this one is even better, full-falvoured, complex, long, crisp and crunchy. The price is up there for a savvy but the quality is high as well.

This has good intensity and sits at a nice mid-point between yellow tropical fruits and the slight herbaceous quality of the variety. Fruit is the focus, with a prickle of lemon pith and grapefruit oil to round out a complex palate.
