The fruit here is sourced from a single vineyard in the Frankland River sub-region of the Great Southern district in Western Australia. Only free run juice is used, with a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Pale lemon/lime green in colour, this is a classic Riesling, pristine, taut, poised and with serious length. The nose reveals aromas of florals, wet slate, limes, grapefruit, lemon blossoms and a flick of honeycomb on the finish. There is zesty acidity throughout. This is really impressive and should provide immense pleasure over the next twelve to fifteen years.
