2019 Silkwood ‘The Bowman’ Chardonnay
This Chardonnay is a blend of three different Chardonnay clones; 60% Gingin, 20% Clone 1, 20% Clone 95. Each Clone has a distinctive contribution to the final wine; Gingin gives palate weight and stone fruit characters, Clone 1 gives fresh acidity and minerality and whilst Clone 95 provides texture and citrus flavours.

2018 Apricus Hill Semillon
The wine has a brilliant, clear steely white colour with youthful green hues. It has vibrant lifted nose of lemons, cut grass and snow peas with hints of blossom and spice. Crisp lemons and limes lead to a richer mid palate of passionfruit complemented by more complex hints of asparagus and quince.

2019 Castel Firmian Riserva Pinot Grigio
The wine has a light yellow colour, aromas reminiscent of ripe white peaches and pear, notes of mature chamomile and other herbs. The flavours are harmonious with the aromas and the palate is long and full-bodied. A faint touch of vanilla is present but as a spice rather than a dominant trait.

2020 Bonny Doon “Vin Gris de Cigare” Rose
It’s really the Grenache that dominates this blend; Grenache in a cool vintage is nothing if not an extraordinary blessing. One finds olfactorily the usual suspects: wild strawberry, peach, guava and rhubarb and very discreet scent of white pepper. We have continued the practice of leaving the wine post-fermentation on its lees to great effect; the wine has a wonderful creaminess and length on the palate in virtue of this enlightened practice

2020 Bonny Doon “Le Cigare Volant”
The blend has a 42% Grenache, 31% Cinsault, 24% Syrah, 2% Petite Sirah and 1% Counoise with the strong aromas of cherry, grenadine, mace, star anise and barrel toast. When you take a sip of this wine it has a rugged chaparral spice that made this blend world-famous, alongside dark-raspberry, boysenberry, roasted fennel and anise flavors. A must try for sure !

2019 Campos de Viento Tempranillo
The wine has an intense and deep bordeaux red colour. The nose is wonderfully varietal, with plenty of aromas of freshly pressed berries, blackberries and blackcurrant especially. 2013 I Giusti e Zanza Dulcamara
It is a classic ‘Super Tuscan’ composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon. In some favourable vintages it is aided by a share of Cabernet Franc, for a total of 70% of Cabernet. The blend is completed by Merlot and a small amount of Petit Verdot.

The Passito is a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Inzolia grapes. The wine has notes of dried apricots, chamomile and white peaches.
