Color: Deep ruby red.
Nose: Aromas of raspberries and strawberries with hints of oak and vanilla. 
Palate: Wines from the Greenock sub region are considered by winemakers as being “complete”, meaning have a rich even pallet and variety of complementary flavours. This wine exemplifies all of these characteristics.Deep, bright red-purple colour; the bouquet likewise bright and fresh, initially with a high-note of freshly-sawn oak, which dissipated somewhat with time in the glass. The palate is bright, intense and elegantly weighted, just making the full-bodied weight category. It's quite oaky but has good approachability, medium-long carry, and the tannins are ample and very supple.
92+ - Erin Larkin (Robert Parker Wine Advocate)The 2021 Greenock Shiraz is meaty, mellifluous, muscled and mighty in a single swoop. Aromatically punchy, the wine holds back nothing in the mouth: oatmeal/wheaty oak encases blueberries and mulberries aplenty. Tannins are firm and ever present. It feels as if it still needs time to pull together—it's all gloves off for now. There's so much moving about in this ring that the best place to watch is from the sidelines.
