Citrine yellow. The nose has delicate nectarine, white peach and pink grapefruit in the nose. The palate has mouthwatering white peach and nectarine flavours intertwined with walnut and pistachio characters and touches of minerality weaving its way through.
This classic dry Riesling comes from the steep vineyard Enkircher Ellergrub, which can only be worked by hand. 30 year old vines and a soil, embossed of blue slate and quartzite, ensure a high mineral density, a wonderful bouquet and fine fruit.
Colour: Pale golden straw. Nose: Aromas of jasmine and nectarine combine with a touch of warm spice. Palate: Deliciously textural and delicate with flavours of pear and hints of chalky minerality. The crisp, balanced acidity provides a savoury and refreshing finish.
Ripe cherries , blackberries and ear thiness are supported by lingering, soft tannins. A good acid backbone provides structure and length. Bright aromas of black cherry and strawberry w ith a slight spice and dust.
An elegant Pinot Noir characterized by the salty mineral. Cool aromas with wild fruit and red berries. Fine, the herbaceous spice with a lot of zest and good finish. The wood is finely integrated. The wine comes with a lot of pressure and presence on the palate, yet elegant and finely crafted.
