Pale yellow with green tints. Fresh and mineral, with aromas of lemon and white flowers. Fine and lively, with both floral and fruity notes. Very long persistence.
Medium gold in colour, very clear. Exuberant with aromas of vanilla, mocha and hints of exotic fruits. Fruity and very pleasant with predominant flavours of yellow fruits (pear, apricot). Lovely fullness and outstanding length. An almost sweet touch of honey on the finish. Full-bodied and fleshy with excellent ageing potential.
Greenish gold in colour. Exotic, floral nose reminiscent of coniferous trees and citrus zest. Unctuous and full on the palate with spicy notes reminiscent of gingerbread and fir honey.
Pale gold in colour with sometimes green hues. Aromatically, the Premier Cru is highly complex. Sometimes closed when it’s young, it develops in very few years (between 2-3 years) floral or mineral aromas depending on the vintage. Deep, structured with Persistent and impressive aromas.
Nice gold colour with green hues. Intense and slightly smoky nose reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts, lemon and acacia. On the palate, the attack is unctuous and dense, still marked by the yellow fruits as well as aromas of pastry cream enhanced by a mineral and spicy finish.
