Palate: The palate shows violets and floral characters that give an added dimension to the wine. Ample tannins to provide structure and longevity and will soften as they develop over time.Inky crimson hue. Forward bouquet, cedar, vanilla, blackberry compote. Rich and mouthfilling with mouthcoating flavour, beautiful core of blueberry fruit, plush and opulent. Finishes long with blueberry compote to the finish.

Deep, saturated crimson with fruit characters of blackberry, cassis, macerated plum and blue fruits with layers of mixed spice, licorice, brandied fruits, cedar, tobacco, dark chocolate, blackforest cake and earth. The leitmotif with the Eisenstone wines is their fruit purity. It's a constant across the range and certainly is present here. Melt in the mouth tannins and a long cassis-rich draw with layers of spice as it fades.
